2013年接近尾聲，許多業者或機構紛紛推出2014年的特色年曆，除了先前有棺材業者推出美女裸體年曆外，俄羅斯有「全世界最軟Q女人」之稱的柔術女演員扎爾塔(Zlata)，也獲邀拍攝一組挑戰人體極限的年曆，在年曆中展現各種困難動作，既性感又專業。

根據英國《每日郵報》(Daily Mail)報導，俄羅斯這名有「全世界最軟Q女人」之稱的27歲前體操運動員札爾塔(Zlata)，應出版社邀請拍攝2014年年曆，不僅身穿性感比基尼與緊身衣，還擺出各種超人體極限的姿勢，令人大開眼界。

報導指出，札爾塔從小就擁有不凡的柔韌性，她在4歲時發現這項技能，並開始展開練習，好好培養這項才華，之後更從事體操表演。
