開春連續假期 林警聯手逮獲山老鼠

南投林區管理處會同保七總隊第六大隊南投分隊，昨天晚間，在信義鄉雙龍橋頭，查獲一名古姓男子竊取扁柏，警方在嫌犯駕駛的廂型車上，查獲鋸切完成的扁柏，重量約一百公斤，市價六萬元，偵訊後依竊盜罪及違反森林法移送南投地檢署偵辦。

林管處丹大工作站護管員察覺連續假期有人員進出管制區域，會同森林警察展開埋伏，二十七號晚間在信義鄉雙龍橋頭看見可疑廂型車出現，立即展開包抄及盤查，人贓俱獲。

南投林區管理處表示，依森林法規定，男子將面臨一年以上、七年以下有期徒刑，併科贓額兩倍到五倍罰金。
