立院施壓 會計法提覆議？

會計法修法引發爭議，行政院態度原本堅持不覆議，但在拜會民進黨主席蘇貞昌後，今天早上總統府緊急會商後結果卻大翻轉。外傳政院立場改變是因立院強烈反彈，國民黨團書記長賴士葆今天召開記者會時不願具體說明，但他連講了5次今早會議「我第一個發言」，似乎可嗅出端倪。
