「老哥」發逮捕命令 詐台商6000萬

由綽號「老哥」男子為首的詐騙集團，發現兩岸打擊詐騙集團，改將機房轉進印尼、土耳其等警方較無掌握處。他們利用老梗的假檢警詐騙手法，陳姓台商在半個月竟被騙逾6000萬元台幣。刑事局趁嫌犯返國，逮捕12名嫌犯，但老哥仍在逃，刻追緝中。

警方調查，綽號「老哥」的男子，因兩岸詐騙集團頻頻被抄，沒幾個月就得轉移陣地，苦不堪言。他突發奇想，去年8月先前進印尼，今年3月甚至到歐洲土耳其設置機房，藉此規避查緝。

嫌犯在當地租用透天別墅，地面上都是正常的房間、客廳，地下室才有詐騙機房設備。他從台灣雇用缺錢鋌而走險的情侶、兄弟檔，持觀光簽證出國行騙，期間都待在地下室足不出戶。

陳姓台商今年7月接獲詐騙集團來電，指他申請的網路IP，疑被架設色情網站，要求配合調查。歹徒要台商登入假的最高人民檢察院網站，台商登入後果然看到電腦合成他照片的「刑事逮捕命令」，嚇得六神無主。台商乖乖配合操作，陸續被騙了4次，總計被騙約台幣6150萬元。
