調查：9成7上班族　購物前上網看口碑

消費前上網搜尋口碑，已經成了現代購物前的標準動作。1111人力銀行今發布「全民體驗經濟」調查，發現97%上班族消費前會上網參考其他網友口碑，最常參考「旅遊／餐飲」、「3C商品」及「彩妝／美容」三大類文章。
 
調查顯示，有21.5%的上班族有在經營部落格，15.3%的上班族已經有固定發體驗文章；其中有80.6%會在臉書／粉絲團發布最多。若利用部落格撰寫廠商體驗文章，靠著取得免費商品、稿酬、瀏覽量報酬等，平均每年獲利3萬9545元。（唐鎮宇／台北報導）
