檢警調查柯文哲辦公室控遭竊聽案，今天約談柯辦政策部員工彭姓男子說明。檢察官訊後諭令新台幣3萬元交保。

柯文哲競選總部4日向警方報案，指位於建國南路二段的辦公室發現竊聽器。檢警查出，4日前往大樓施工的祝姓電信業者未看到柯辦指俗稱「老鼠尾」的巿話跨接器，而受柯辦委託到大樓檢查是否遭竊聽的林姓、吳姓通信業者離開後，老鼠尾才出現。

檢方昨天展開搜索、約談行動，今天凌晨聲押林姓、吳姓男子。台北地方法院審理後駁回，讓兩人無保釋放。彭姓男子下午在律師陪同下，到檢方接受訊問。

柯文哲陣營發言人簡余晏上午受訪表示，彭姓男子是柯文哲辦公室政策部員工，是台灣大學畢業的約30歲優秀青年，透過海選進來。

她說，政策部要找徵信業者時，彭姓男子透過朋友找到徵信社員工。彭姓男子昨晚就想去接受偵訊，因等待律師，直到今天上午才去做筆錄。彭姓男子從沒迴避，也一直想去偵訊。(中央社)
