如果想由台北出發往宜蘭一日遊, 交通應該怎樣安排??

本人打算去下列景點

頭城─宜蘭─羅東

頭城: 阿宗芋冰城, 頭城老街
宜蘭: 幾米公園
羅東:國立傳統藝術中心, 親水公園

交通應該怎樣安排才最順暢? 因本人不是台灣人所以不太清楚交通怎樣乘坐。
