國1砂石車撞客運車 無人傷亡

一輛砂石車今天行經國道1號湖口路段，因閃避一輛轎車，撞上前方的客運車，導致砂石車側翻，砂石傾倒一地，幸無人傷亡。

新竹縣政府消防局說，這起意外發生在上午10時30分，一輛砂石車行駛中山高速公路湖口南下路段的中間車道，疑似未保持行車距離，且閃避一輛減速的轎車，砂石車緊急煞車後往右側車道閃避，撞上客運車尾。

砂石車因撞擊的力量側翻，車斗內土石傾倒在路上，幸無人傷亡。不過，這起意外也造成中山高速公路南下方向大塞車，國道警方和高速公路局出動推土機、卡車和灑水車，經2.5小時才清理完現場，搶通該路段。

至於肇事原因，仍待國道警察釐清。
