動手砍外祖父母 18歲外孫遭訴

（中央社記者廖壬楷台中24日電）18歲李姓男子1月至外祖父母住處用餐，假藉擁抱外祖母機會，趁機掐住外祖母脖子，並持刀砍傷外祖父，今天遭檢方起訴。

台中地檢署起訴書指出，李男自幼即對外祖父母有所不滿，積怨甚深，而曾有殺害2人的念頭。李男上月到外祖父母家用餐，席間與外祖母聊天回想起往事，李男竟趁擁抱外祖母機會，以手掐住外祖母脖子，並喊稱要同歸於盡。

起訴書指出，李男又拿起菜刀砍向外祖母頭部，外祖父見狀上前搭救並抓住李男右手，李男又持預藏尖刀刺殺，造成外祖母臉、頭皮及頸挫傷；外祖父臉開放性傷口、腦震盪、頸及軀幹挫傷等傷害。

幸虧李男表弟聽聞呼救聲下樓查看，並報警處理，才讓2位老人家逃過一死。檢察官今天依殺人未遂罪起訴李男。1040224
